Terms of Purchase - Sales Playground

By purchasing Sales Playground ("Product"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is legally binding between you ("Customer") and Prosperity Ventures Pty Ltd trading as "Milana Sarenac" ("Company").

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESTRICTED USE

All content provided in the Product, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, and written materials, is the sole intellectual property of the Company.

By purchasing this Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal use only. You must not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Product.
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Product.
• Provide your login details or access to third parties.
• Use any of the materials to create competing products or services.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action, including termination of access without refund.

2. NO GUARANTEES & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

The Company may share testimonials and examples of past client results; however, your results may vary based on your personal capacity, business experience, market conditions, and effort.

By purchasing this Product, you acknowledge that:

• There are no guarantees of specific results, sales, or financial outcomes.
• Any examples of past success do not guarantee similar results for you.
• The Company is not responsible for your actions, decisions, or business success.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this Product, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or failure to use the Product. However, nothing in this agreement excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a refund, repair, or replacement in limited circumstances.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to:

• Business losses or lost profits.
• Financial decisions made based on the Product content.
• Any reliance on information provided within the Product.

You assume full responsibility for your own success and decisions. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via mediation before any legal proceedings commence.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By ticking the box at checkout, you expressly agree to these Terms of Purchase, which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
