Terms of Purchase — Sell With Confidence Challenge

By purchasing the Sell With Confidence Challenge (“Product”), you agree to the following Terms of Purchase. This agreement is legally binding between you (“Customer”) and Prosperity Ventures Pty Ltd  trading as “Milana Sarenac” (“Company”).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESTRICTED USE
All materials provided in the Product, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, and written content, are the sole intellectual property of the Company.

By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for personal use only. You must not:
• Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Product
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Product
• Provide your login details or access to any third party
• Use any of the materials to create competing products or services

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

NO GUARANTEES & EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
The Company may share testimonials or examples of past client results, but individual outcomes will vary based on your capacity, experience, market conditions, and effort.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
• There are no guarantees of specific results, income, or outcomes
• Examples of past success do not guarantee similar results for you
• The Company is not responsible for your actions, business decisions, or results

Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the time-sensitive nature of this Product, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or failure to participate.

Refund requests will be considered fairly and in good faith in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a refund, repair, or replacement in limited circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to:
• Business or financial losses
• Missed opportunities or profits
• Decisions made based on the Product content

You assume full responsibility for your actions, results, and business outcomes. Nothing in this agreement excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation before commencing legal proceedings.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing your purchase or ticking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Purchase, which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not complete your purchase.
